Service Zone and Scope
I provide service on-site, by phone, and by remote desktop - 7 days a week. Locally serving the communities of Laupahoehoe, Pa'auilo, Kalopa, Pa'auhau, Honoka'a, Ahualoa, Kapulena, Kukuihaele, and Waimea. Will also travel to other parts of the Island.
Rates
Contract work available for national IT service companies serving large corporations and government offices.
*I can take your used electronics to e-recyclers in Hilo or Kona. Recyclable items include: TVs, VCRs, DVD players, radios, computers, computer monitors & peripherals, cellphones, telephones, microwaves, fax machines, copiers, digital cameras, printers, and laptops. We take batteries to Longs or Home Depot for recycling.

Rates
- Onsite Service: $75 per hour for scheduled service, $40 minimum charge, subsequent hours are $60 per hour. $95 per hour for first hour of same-day service, and for the first hour of service in Kohala (e.g. Kawaihae, Kohala Ranch, Hawi, Kapa'au, Puako, Mauna Lani, etc.) and points south of Laupahoehoe in Hamakua, with $50 minimum charge, and $60 per hour for subsequent hours.
- Service in my shop near Pa'auilo: $60 per hour, with a $30 minimum charge.
- Telephone and Remote Desktop support: locally and Nationwide. Rate: $1 per minute.
